  • Lower property taxes for all Ypsilanti homeowners
  • Protect essential public services 
  • Broaden our tax base by including 10,600 non-resident workers
  • Protect the health, safety, and quality of life of our neighborhoods
  • Be more fair and equitable than a property tax
  • Give Ypsi residents more control over our City's future
